I just invented the most awesome dessert or breakfast smoothie!!!
Guilt Free Dessert Smoothie
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1/8 cup peanut butter
- 1tbs organic honey
- 2-3tbs flaxseed meal
- 1tbs brewer’s yeast
Grind the oats in a coffee grinder OR just throw them in the blender, worked for me. Add the other ingredients and blend until your desired consistency. YUM!!!!
Serves: 1 large smoothie
Add ins: You could add cocoa powder, yogurt, berries, nuts…lots of other yummy extras!
